Rain, Internet and Podcasting

I have been frustrated with the internet for the past 6 days due to the rain stopping the signal. It has reached the point where, for the past 3 days, I could barely load a page without the signal going out halfway through sending a request for the new page. Because of the fact that there is only corrigated iron in between my home and the weather I have been troubled with recording a new podcast audio of Darkness and Dawn by George Allan England. The noise levels could not be lessened enough to make a difference and I suffered from some serious headaches because of the never-ending percussion upon the roof. The weather reports suggest that the rain is on the way out but we will have to wait and see.
